Account Deletion

Delete from within the app

The quickest way to delete your account is directly from the Tasklio app or website:

1. 1Sign in to your parent account at tasklio.app/signin
2. 2Open the Parent Dashboard and go to Settings
3. 3Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
4. 4Confirm deletion - your account and all data will be removed immediately

Cannot access your account?

If you are unable to sign in, you can request deletion via our contact page. Include the email address associated with your account and we will process your request within 7 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently and immediately removed:

• ✓Your email address and login credentials
• ✓Your account profile and settings
• ✓All children's profiles, including names and avatars
• ✓All chore definitions and completion history
• ✓All rewards and redemption history
• ✓All children's point balances and allowance wallets
• ✓Your PIN and any authentication tokens

What is retained

Almost nothing. Tasklio takes no payments, so there are no financial records to keep. The only thing that outlives your account is:

• !Rate-limiting counters - short-lived counters keyed to an IP address, used to stop sign-in endpoints being brute-forced. They contain no account or family data and are deleted within 30 days.
